By accessing algobot.live, purchasing a subscription, or using any Algobot software, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Algobot provides automated trading software (Expert Advisors) designed for use on the MetaTrader 5 platform. Our software is a tool to assist in trade execution based on user-defined parameters — it is not a financial advisory service, investment manager, or broker.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or use our services. By using Algobot, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you are legally permitted to engage in trading activities in your jurisdiction.

4. Subscription and Payment

Access to Algobot software requires an active subscription tied to your MT5 account number. Subscriptions are activated upon confirmed payment and expire at the end of the selected term. You are responsible for ensuring your subscription remains active.

• Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes in your jurisdiction

5. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of our software, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing. For questions before buying, contact us at support@algobot.live.

6. License Grant and Restrictions

Upon payment, Algobot grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for personal trading on the MT5 account number registered at the time of purchase.

You may not:

• Share, resell, sublicense, or distribute the software to any third party
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software
• Use the software on an account number other than the one registered
• Use the software for any unlawful purpose

7. Risk Disclosure

Trading foreign exchange and other financial instruments carries significant risk and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance of any trading system or strategy does not guarantee future results. You may lose some or all of your invested capital.

Algobot software does not guarantee profits. Market conditions, broker execution, connectivity, and other factors outside our control can affect performance. You trade at your own risk.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs. We make no representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the software for any particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Algobot and its owners, developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software or service, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, or loss of data.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, software, logos, and materials on algobot.live are the exclusive property of Algobot and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any materials without our prior written consent.

11. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately at support@algobot.live if you suspect unauthorized access.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the software at any time if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms. No refund will be issued upon termination for cause.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
