Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Algobot, we take pride in the quality of our software and the transparency of our service. Because our products are digital and access is granted immediately upon payment, all sales are final. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

2. No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for any of the following:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Failure to read the product description before purchasing
  • Trading losses incurred while using the software
  • Incompatibility with your broker, account type, or trading environment
  • Unused portion of a subscription period
  • Failure to cancel before a manual renewal

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and accepted this No Refund Policy.

3. Digital Product Nature

Algobot software is a downloadable digital product. Once the Expert Advisor file is delivered and access is activated on your MT5 account number, the product has been fully fulfilled. For this reason, we are unable to reverse the transaction or recover the delivered product.

4. Exceptions

We will review refund requests only in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate charge — If you were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error
  • Non-delivery — If you did not receive access within 24 hours of confirmed payment and our support team was unable to resolve it

Approved exceptions are issued at the sole discretion of Algobot and do not set a precedent for future requests. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is a violation of these terms. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate access for any account associated with an unauthorized chargeback. We will provide complete transaction records to payment processors to contest fraudulent disputes.
